Chris Mergenthaler made in the 18th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Malte Schiele immediately put the ball in play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Edelmiro Velasco sent off a good shot on target. Edelmiro Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Edelmiro Velasco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 2-0.
