Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Juan Funes managed to get in a good position for a shot. River CBBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Funes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Funes took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Funes came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Barovero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 19 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Bastos. In the 21st minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Barovero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes, Felipe Barreto made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, River CBBA's Cipriano Abechuco got a free kick in the 26th minute. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by River CBBA's Juan Funes. But to his dismay, Juan Funes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by River CBBA's Juan Funes. In the 38th minute, Juan Funes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabricio Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabricio Andrade during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of River CBBA booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Juan Funes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. Viriato Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, River CBBA's Juan Funes made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! River CBBA's Guerau Abeitia was substituted for Modesto Ado. In the 61st minute, Juan Funes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River CBBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. In the 64th minute Juan Funes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Funes in the 65th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Juan Funes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River CBBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-3. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca was substituted for Juan Funes. Argoitz Abeijon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Ponciano Abarca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Ponciano Abarca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After 80 minutes of play, River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca made it 8-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ponciano Abarca in the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Ponciano Abarca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Ponciano Abarca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ponciano Abarca went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-3 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolomeu Dias got free with Marcelo Barovero in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ponciano Abarca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. River CBBA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
