Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Eusebio Beltran made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Beltran in the 10th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandros Ismael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 16th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Águilas Poblanas's Eusebio Beltran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arnout Reekers. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. Alexandros Ismael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 26th minute of play. Alin Cristaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Ismael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 31st minute. The corner led to Netherlands's Lars Meesters getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alexandros Ismael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Kees Mooiweer with Lars Meesters as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 43 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandros Ismael. Águilas Poblanas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Alexandros Ismael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexandros Ismael, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusebio Beltran in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexandros Ismael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 58th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Godofredo Hibai got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnout Reekers quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 63 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lars Meesters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alin Cristaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaaf Groeneveldts short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Alexandros Ismael to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 78th minute. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael did a great save. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Egbert Nijveldt hit a great ball. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Galeno in the 82nd minute of the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandros Ismael having to interfere. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Galeno's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Netherlands's zone, Jacinto Galeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal and Jacinto Galeno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandros Ismael having to interfere. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Hibai. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Netherlands players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
