In the 33rd minute 余烨政 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Bas Tuitert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armin Proietto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Armin Proietto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Daniel Al-Haddad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Daniel Al-Haddad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 47th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Wilmes to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 余烨政 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 73rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Meesters to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the game, Wim Wilmes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Armin Proietto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 85th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Proietto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armin Proietto made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Jangkrik Boss defense, Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armin Proietto. The Jangkrik Boss fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armin Proietto should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the match, Jangkrik Boss's goalkeeper Armin Proietto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. 95 minutes into the match, Michalis Karkavilas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michalis Karkavilas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
