After 17 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Toulet. Major Barna scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nathan Bayon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tours Football Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 24th minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Nathan Bayon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna scored 0-4 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nathan Bayon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 35 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nathan Bayon came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. When Hugo Toulet was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. Hugo Toulet hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when Tours Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacques Audren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Balazs Lajos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nathan Bayon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Nathan Bayon in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 57th minute. Vörös Henrik was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathan Bayon was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nathan Bayon. That made the score 0-8 after 67 minutes of play. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Nathan Bayon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Antal Valentin in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nathan Bayon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 82nd minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Nathan Bayon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nathan Bayon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 87th minute of play. After 88 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Jacques Audren. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Tours Football Club getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Herbert Le Lay hit a great ball. Tours Football Club's Nathan Bayon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 95th minute of play.
