Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tobias Inocente started the match with the kick off. If David Eikelkamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Eikelkamp in the 6th minute of the match. Federico Fe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albino Remir got free with Arnout Reekers in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Saverio Osasun sent off a good shot on target. Federico Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trapiche's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Netherlands's Kees Mooiweer getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Fe having to interfere. Federico Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the Trapiche defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Fe. The Trapiche fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Fe should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the game, one of Netherlands:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Arnout Reekers had in the 43rdth minute some difficulties stopping Saverio Osasun's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 1-2 came in the 43rd minute when Saverio Osasun all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Lars Meesters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Fe having to make a save. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Fe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes Trapiche's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Federico Fe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Trapiche's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. David Eikelkamp was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. David Eikelkamp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Fe having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Trapiche's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Federico Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Lertxun in the 79th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Federico Fe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Fe made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when David Eikelkamp sent off a good shot on target. When Saverio Osasun fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trapiche's protests and gave Saverio Osasun a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, Trapiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Osasun to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Teyo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Federico Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Trapiche throughout the match.
