The supporters of Real Chelsea booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 minutes, Sven Krakouer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Real Chelsea players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Tris Ruddock tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tris Ruddock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Real Chelsea fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Liam Edmunds showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tris Ruddock in the 38th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Tris Ruddock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Tris Ruddock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Germany were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Tris Ruddock scored 1-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Real Chelsea made a substitution. Tyler Tolley replaced Tris Ruddock. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Real Chelsea's Alf Martindale was substituted for Uno Klemensson. 85 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Turk came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyler Tolley in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Dustin Schellander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Chelsea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dustin Schellander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dustin Schellander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rdth minute of the game Tyler Tolley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 93 minutes, Tyler Tolley made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Real Chelsea were the better team. Real Chelsea's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
