Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edson Silva started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Enio Lucas charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enio Lucas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Juvenil Sport Club's Enio Lucas got a free kick in the 9th minute. Enio Lucas made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luís Fernando Brito immediately put the ball in play. 16 minutes into the match, Juvenil Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Metod Mlynar came free, but Sandrinho Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrich Slany made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lenílson Sergipano in the 20th minute. Rui Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Holub in the 30th minute of play forced Juvenil Sport Club's goalkeeper Sandrinho Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Rui Furlan sped through Slovakia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henrich Slany. Rui Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Metod Mlynar took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandrinho Quintal. Sandrinho Quintal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Lenílson Sergipano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrich Slany having to interfere. After the first half Slovakia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Metod Mlynar to make the kick off. Metod Mlynar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho Quintal having to interfere. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Vít Biskup hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Edson Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Metod Mlynar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 66 minutes into the game, Luciano Trigo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henrich Slany stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui Furlan's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edson Silva in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrich Slany prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metod Mlynar got free with Sandrinho Quintal in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes in the game Luís Fernando Brito did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Matheus Veiga. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edson Silva in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henrich Slany saved Slovakia from getting behind. Slovakia's Zigmund Maliar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luís Fernando Brito, made in the 96th minute of the game.
