Cachila's Seymour Skinner quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Terri Moco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Casper Claes made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Terri Moco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Terri Moco came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the A.A. Cachila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Terri Moco couldn't finish the play. In the 54thth minute of the game Terri Moco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Terri Moco might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Claes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terri Moco ran back to his position shaking his head. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terri Moco in the 62nd minute of play. Terri Moco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Belgium's Laurens Vandamme seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Laurens Vandamme the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Belgium protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Laurens Vandamme had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A.A. Cachila made a substitution. Cachila got a corner. Belgium's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonas Orlo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Seymour Skinner was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seymour Skinner in the 79th minute of play. Rodrigo Astudillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Casper Claes having to make a save. After having played for 89 minutes, Rodrigo Astudillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.A. Cachila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Astudillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, A.A. Cachila's goalkeeper Epifanio Gabrio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yves Dervaux. Siebe Michiels struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Epifanio Gabrio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgium. Belgium were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
