After 4 played minutes Ottó Fejes rounded Deportivo Pergamino's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Oroitz in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Nunez Oroitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostol Sokolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Deportivo Pergamino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Che to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Bonano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ottó Fejes in the 13th minute. Deportivo Pergamino were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Monitor Huáscar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. After 29 minutes Monitor Huáscar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albino Jeraldo who took care of the corner kick. Nunez Oroitz took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apostol Sokolov. Apostol Sokolov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 37th minute Albino Jeraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostol Sokolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustavo Che made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Monitor Huáscar's Constantino Carabajo. Apostol Sokolov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Cidro went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Pergamino's zone, Ottó Fejes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Bonano came out of the goal and Ottó Fejes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carolo Jerardo to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Jerardo. Carolo Jerardo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Apostol Sokolov 55 minutes into the match. Nunez Oroitz came free with the goalkeeper in the 58th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Apostol Sokolov could save by the left post. Monitor Huáscar's Chiquito Rico was substituted for Ottó Fejes. In the 64th minute, Rolando Cidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Chiquito Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roberto Bonano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiquito Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Oroitz got free with Apostol Sokolov in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roberto Bonano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquito Rico in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Carolo Jerardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostol Sokolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when Deportivo Pergamino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Tiberio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Chiquito Rico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albino Jeraldo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kang Li in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquito Rico came free, but Roberto Bonano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pergamino's Gustavo Che got a free kick in the 97th minute.
