Bektaş Veli Tokuz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Hulk in the 6th minute of the match. Markham FC's Bektaş Veli Tokuz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Zonta in the 21st minute of play. Jailson Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Urtzi in the 27th minute of the match. Alfredo Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bektaş Veli Tokuz having to interfere. A collision led to Markham FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Terrell Zuniga hit a great ball. Markham FC's Bektaş Veli Tokuz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Ribas in the 32nd minute of play. Bartolo Urtzi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Alfredo Zonta succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. The supporters of México Eterno MZC booed when Markham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Truman Villanueva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Truman Villanueva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jailson Aparecido made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Bartolo Urtzi sent off a good shot on target. After the first half México Eterno MZC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Alfredo Zonta made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Wesley Driscoll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Zonta in the 64th minute of play forced Markham FC's goalkeeper Bektaş Veli Tokuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Zonta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bektaş Veli Tokuz was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. A wasted opportunity for México Eterno MZC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Waselewicz in the 96th minute of play forced México Eterno MZC's goalkeeper Jailson Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. México Eterno MZC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
