Keld Paulsen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pär Bodin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 13th minute Gary Lineker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claes Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 14th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ke Feng Jing kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keld Paulsen. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. After 19 minutes, Sven-Olof Svensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC StockholmsAlliansen and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Denmark booed when FC StockholmsAlliansen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Svensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claes Sundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Alvin Hardeman's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. FC StockholmsAlliansen's Gary Lineker was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 26th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Pär Bodin managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC StockholmsAlliansen's supporters rose to their feet, but Pär Bodin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ke Feng Jing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gary Lineker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gary Lineker in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Claes Sundberg made a huge save. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the game, Mikkel Wulff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC StockholmsAlliansen the free kick. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mikkel Wulff hit a great ball. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ke Feng Jing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvin Hardeman hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Hardeman in the 62nd minute of the match. Claes Sundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Ke Feng Jing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Torsten Västerstrand made in the 69th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Pär Bodin immediately put the ball in play. Claes Sundberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 73rd minute. With a little luck, FC StockholmsAlliansen's Claes Sundberg got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute of the game Torsten Västerstrand made a throw-in which Pär Bodin played forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars Steen during the 81st minute. Mikkel Wulff might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claes Sundberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikkel Wulff ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC StockholmsAlliansen had won after a very even match.
