Ronaldinho Fenomeno scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Siricio Liotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Oliverio Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Furtado to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Cearense in the 18th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauro Cearense in the 19th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Cearense in the 19th minute of the match. Oliverio Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Italy got a corner. AS Pikachuzim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 25th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliverio Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliverio Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Porziano Marchitelli in the 31st minute of the match. Oliverio Kahn came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Porziano Marchitelli. But to his dismay, Porziano Marchitelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The throw-in from Jacinto Veiga in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Oliverio Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by AS Pikachuzim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. In the 41st minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

AS Pikachuzim's Luciano Sarmento was substituted for Ronaldinho Fenomeno. AS Pikachuzim made a substitution. Eric Ramires replaced Santos Rallo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Luciano Sarmento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Porziano Marchitelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Jacinto Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Oliverio Kahn in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Italy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
