Exequiel Zeballos might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carol Stinga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Exequiel Zeballos ran back to his position shaking his head. Romania's Carol Stinga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Romania from getting a goal against them. Adam Olaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lyubcho Karadachki having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Cosmin Barbulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihail Mustakerski kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Adam Olaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lyubcho Karadachki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costica Vladimiri in the 17th minute of play. Romania's Carol Stinga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Romania from getting a goal against them. In the 20th match minute, Manchester United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Emesto to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Costica Vladimiri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lyubcho Karadachki was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Manchester United F.C.'s Lyubcho Karadachki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Olaru in the 25th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Adam Olaru put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lyubcho Karadachki. Carol Stinga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Exequiel Zeballos in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes of play, Romania's Adam Olaru made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lyubcho Karadachki was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the game, Mihail Mustakerski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romania the free kick. In the 41st match minute, Manchester United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihail Mustakerski to maneuver through the defense. Costica Vladimiri scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lyubcho Karadachki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute Costica Vladimiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyubcho Karadachki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Serban scored 0-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lyubcho Karadachki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Exequiel Zeballos was the one to do the kick off. Costica Vladimiri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costica Vladimiri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Lyubcho Karadachki made a huge save. Carol Stinga came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United F.C.'s Exequiel Zeballos. But to his dismay, Exequiel Zeballos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Exequiel Zeballos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carol Stinga having to make a save. Exequiel Zeballos scored 2-4 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carol Stinga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Romania's Lyubcho Karadachki threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Octavian Vaduva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Carol Stinga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Exequiel Zeballos's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Manchester United F.C.'s Lyubcho Karadachki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Stinga in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute Anton Stinga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyubcho Karadachki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Manchester United F.C.'s Lyubcho Karadachki got control of the ball when Rasvan Cristescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lyubcho Karadachki stood somewhat misplaced when Octavian Vaduva came free in front of goal and shot 2-5 to the left of him in the 80 minute. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. Lyubcho Karadachki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Stinga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manchester United F.C.'s Exequiel Zeballos got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anton Stinga came free, but Lyubcho Karadachki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Manchester United F.C.'s Lyubcho Karadachki got control of the ball when Rasvan Cristescu tried to sneak it across the goal line.
