Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Fodor Daniel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Ture Jönsson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Esbjörn Olofsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Mikael Sjögren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hungary booed when Boomerang Bombers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikael Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 36th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arman Högström in the 38th minute. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Tolsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henry Tolsson made a kick off. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Tolsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Högström in the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikael Sjögren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Mikael Sjögren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. The supporters of Boomerang Bombers booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vörös Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikael Sjögren made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Mikael Sjögren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Major Barna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 66 minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mikael Sjögren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Mikael Sjögren however easily saved by the left post. Major Barna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mikael Sjögren came out and tried to block the shot, but Major Barna slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 75th minute. Billy Sundberg hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Mikael Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 87th minute of play. With a little luck, Boomerang Bombers's Mikael Sjögren got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
