Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kyle Cox took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to FC Fanaticii getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Leontin Comăneci hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrei Pavel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Issac Dawson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrei Pavel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When England's Micah Macdonald in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fanaticii's goalie prevented a goal. Remus Ostoici's late challenge caught a England's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remus Ostoici helped the player get up and apologised. Kyle Cox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrei Pavel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 29th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Șerban Nanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Fanaticii and the England players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Fanaticii's Șerban Nanu got a free kick in the 33rd minute. England's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mihai Măliță 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. FC Fanaticii were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after England's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mihai Măliță took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Seth Young during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Fanaticii made a substitution. Marius Ganea replaced Mihai Măliță. After a rather tough play, England's Seth Young got a free kick in the 49th minute. In the 50th minute, Eric Apostu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gică Curcă to make the kick off. Andrei Pavel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of FC Fanaticii booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leighton Davies didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute of the match FC Fanaticii got a corner. England's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eric Apostu ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 67th minute, Șerban Nanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kyle Cox. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 73rd minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute England were awarded a corner. Micah Macdonald went to the cornerflag to take it. 76 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Micah Macdonald. Issac Dawson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute Caelan Hayes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gică Curcă's late challenge caught a England's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gică Curcă helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Fanaticii's Gică Curcă got a free kick in the 87th minute. Issac Dawson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel got control of the ball when Xavier Gallagher tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 97th match minute, FC Fanaticii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Apostu to maneuver through the defense. The FC Fanaticii players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
