Fabrizio Mazzocco kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Daniele Massaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Daniele Massaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Delle Donne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrea Moschetta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Seggiano's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Andrea Moschetta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Daniele Massaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilson Amorim was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Amerigo Falone kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Portugal's Caetano Moreira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andrea Moschetta. Andrea Moschetta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. When Amerigo Falone was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. In the 59th minute, Amerigo Falone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Seggiano's Emilio Ceci was substituted for Enzo Delle Donne. A collision led to Seggiano getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Amerigo Falone hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andrea Moschetta. Felipe Barreto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After 74 minutes of play, Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrea Moschetta was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Seggiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrea Moschetta should have stopped the shot. After 96 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Andrade. The Portugal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Portugal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
