Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Ekström in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8thth minute of the game Jimmy Ekström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Jimmy Ekström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Jimmy Ekström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Altamora FC's Jimmy Ekström. But to his dismay, Jimmy Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Jimmy Ekström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 5-0. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Jimmy Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmy Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy Ekström came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jimmy Ekström in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Linus Schwerner during the 49th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Linus Schwerner kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmy Ekström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Altamora FC made a substitution. Rodrigo Leão replaced Maximino Gizon. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Jimmy Ekström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Ekström in the 85th minute of the match. Altamora FC's Higino lago quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Linus Schwerner, made in the 88th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the match, Jimmy Ekström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimmy Ekström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. When Frank Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Frank Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Sachs to maneuver through the defense.
