The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Dreifuss during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. Mamutes EC's Dave Panno was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. He Peng Zhou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Sven Krakouer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mamutes EC the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Dave Panno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 35 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valério Meireles. Mamutes EC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joélson Leme took the corner. Joélson Leme made a great header on Mamutes EC's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Dave Panno capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dave Panno really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. In the 43rd minute, Natã Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valério Meireles took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dave Panno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Mamutes EC fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Mamutes EC's Dave Panno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 54thth minute of the game Dave Panno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. He Peng Zhou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Mamutes EC's Valério Meireles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 68th minute, Dave Panno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mamutes EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. 80 minutes into the game, Mamutes EC's Dave Panno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Mamutes EC's 狄凡冰 was substituted for He Peng Zhou. If Natã Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
