Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off. Gerold Zollt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute of the match, Ovidiu Poenaru got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wilson Amorim was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gerold Zollt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Matthieu Richardot dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Viriato Moura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerold Zollt. DJK Füchtel Vechta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viriato Moura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Wellington Nóbrega hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 33rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, DJK Füchtel Vechta's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Gerold Zollt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthieu Richardot, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Chris Kursawe, made in the 53rd minute of the game. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthieu Richardot in the 55th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Caetano to maneuver through the defense. Ovidiu Poenaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipinho Amorim got free with Gerold Zollt in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bartolomeu Dias in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerold Zollt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bartolomeu Dias struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Gerold Zollt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. Gerold Zollt made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Felipinho Amorim sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Matthieu Richardot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipinho Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Gerold Zollt made a huge save. 88 minutes into the match, DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Gerold Zollt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipinho Amorim. Rea Selbert kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The supporters of Portugal booed when DJK Füchtel Vechta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rea Selbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. DJK Füchtel Vechta were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
