In the 13thth minute of the game Olli Fiedler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Robert Davison made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. In the 23rd minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Davison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robert Davison having to make a save. Robert Davison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Luan Toro from getting a goal against them. Robert Davison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 41st match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Bastos to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Olli Fiedler came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. Portugal's Bruno Bastos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcial Iigo in the 50 minute of the game. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Davison. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 54th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Olli Fiedler notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olli Fiedler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Caetano Moreira notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison. In the 85th minute, Felipinho Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Davison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sportivo Luan Toro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guaberto Bento in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute Sportivo Luan Toro were awarded a corner. Guaberto Bento went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Guaberto Bento almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim did a great save. The Sportivo Luan Toro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sportivo Luan Toro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
