Simon Rooy started the match with the kick off. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas de Zwaan, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Denis Dostal might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jordy Mülder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denis Dostal ran back to his position shaking his head. Simon Rooy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Mosk's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Dostal came free, but Jordy Mülder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Czech Republic were awarded a corner. Erik Jilek went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Rezek in the 26th minute of play forced Mosk's goalkeeper Jordy Mülder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Svatopluk Capek got a free kick in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Denis Dostal got a free kick in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Karel van Zwieten was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mosk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czech Republic the free kick. Alan Rezek charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Rezek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute, Alan Rezek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th play minute Simon Rooy came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vavrinec Holub. 3-0.

In the 57th match minute, Mosk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karel van Zwieten to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's David Rusil got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 66th minute Lukas de Zwaan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Rooy in the 68th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Ernst Hof made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Czech Republic's goalie and right to Bob Decheiver. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Czech Republic's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Alan Rezek got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Mosk booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Rezek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bohumir Kohout kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Lukas de Zwaan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Scholte kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
