Aureliano Soto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Ascaso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hektor Fitrakis in the 15th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hektor Fitrakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artur Bînciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Wypyszek's Aureliano Soto got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 24 minutes, Adria Bielsa made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Wypyszek's Artur Bînciu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the FC Wypyszek defense, Omar Toledo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Bînciu. The FC Wypyszek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Bînciu should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tytus Orling got free with Gabriel Ascaso in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Soto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Toledo in the 38th minute of play forced FC Wypyszek's goalkeeper Artur Bînciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Bînciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Toledo in the 41st minute of play. Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hektor Fitrakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Omar Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The FC Wypyszek players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spain were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureliano Soto was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute Tytus Orling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lenni Skensved fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere. FC Wypyszek's Hektor Fitrakis got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. Carles Cherro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Bînciu having to interfere. Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartlomiej Zbydniewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. FC Wypyszek's Artur Bînciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 75th minute of play. Spain's Pau Herrero was substituted for David Aranda. After 77 minutes FC Wypyszek's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jon Cubero who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Spain's corner Jon Cubero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artur Bînciu quite easily take care of the ball. In the 80th minute Sergio Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Bînciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aad Aab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 minutes of play, FC Wypyszek's Aad Aab made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Ascaso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Doug Traoré hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Carles Cherro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Artur Bînciu made a huge save. The FC Wypyszek supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Spain's performance. The match ended with a win for Spain.
