Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Støle in the 23rd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zaccheo Andolina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kroton F.C. booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Cutri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. In the 89th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Cutri to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes Kroton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Cannavaro. Italy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
