Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Erik Jilek got the match started through his kick off. If Bruno Alessandrini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Polidori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Jilek in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Alan Rezek hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Alessio Ascoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. XMAS's Dave Barillari couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Czech Republic. In the 21st match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Dostal to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Zaccardi in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vavrinec Holub saved Czech Republic from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's Erik Jilek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Polidori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ennio De Nardis kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Erik Jilek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessio Ascoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, XMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Jilek came free, but Armando Polidori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Jilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Zaccardi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Denis Dostal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czech Republic's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Dostal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Polidori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alan Rezek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Zaccardi in the 57th minute of play. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Alessandrini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When XMAS's Christian Zaccardi in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Czech Republic's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Zaccardi in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Jilek got free with Armando Polidori in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armando Polidori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Jilek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Zaccardi in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. XMAS's Carter Gizzi was substituted for Bruno Alessandrini. XMAS made a substitution. Elia Travaglini replaced Alessio Ascoli. After 79 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Erik Jilek. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Navarra in the 80th minute of play. Denis Dostal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Armando Polidori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Navarra came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carter Gizzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Czech Republic's Armando Polidori threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Denis Dostal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 92nd minute Denis Dostal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Polidori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despite being the better team, XMAS failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
