Lars Meesters took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised CJ Buffon. CJ Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lars Meesters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. CJ Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that CJ Buffon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. CJ Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the match, Sansargiller FK's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but CJ Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sansargiller FK's Doğa Aksakal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kees Mooiweer, made in the 21st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateusz Miecznikowski in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 35 played minutes Sansargiller FK got a freekick which was hit by Doğa Aksakal. 38 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Mateusz Miecznikowski came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but CJ Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateusz Miecznikowski to make the kick off. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Nafiz Tamkoç in the 52nd minute of play. Ege Tunçsoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without CJ Buffon having to interfere. CJ Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wim Wilmes's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ege Tunçsoy in the 67th minute of play. Mathijn Doctor hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Kees Mooiweer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Miecznikowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, Sansargiller FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ege Tunçsoy to maneuver through the defense. Netherlands played a much better game than Sansargiller FK and deserved their victory. The Sansargiller FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
