Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Yves Robinet took the kick off in the first half of the match. Yves Robinet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Maxime Durand made a huge save. In the 6th minute Frank Peletier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alix Geoffray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yves Robinet in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Yves Robinet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Yves Robinet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Toufik Loir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxime Durand having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Benjamin Loth got a free kick in the 15th minute. Alix Geoffray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Chapuis in the 19th minute of play. Yves Robinet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Rathmore Lime Tree's Toufik Loir ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 40th minute of the match Rathmore Lime Tree got a corner. France's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benjamin Loth ran over to the corner to take the kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Peletier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Peletier to maneuver through the defense. Alix Geoffray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Baume in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Rathmore Lime Tree booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Peletier didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Gilbert Cosson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rathmore Lime Tree's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave France the free kick. Gilbert Cosson hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Alix Geoffray made a huge save. Frank Peletier scored 1-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alix Geoffray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. France's Remy Dupuy quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Brandon Pardon, made in the 75th minute of the game. Toufik Loir charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toufik Loir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toufik Loir to maneuver through the defense. Frank Peletier was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 82 played minutes Rathmore Lime Tree got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Loth. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camille Baume during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camille Baume to maneuver through the defense. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Robinet in the 92nd minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
