Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henrik Möllgren got the match started through his kick off. If Jan Malm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 21st minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. SSC Ambrosini's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius managed to reach the ball for a save. 28 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's Jan Malm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute Henrik Möllgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Glanselius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Björn Hage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match, Henrik Möllgren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnout Reekers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Egbert Nijveldt hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. 55 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Glanselius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by SSC Ambrosini's Christer Lundin. But to his dismay, Christer Lundin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. David Eikelkamp hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Aaron Glanselius successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. David Eikelkamp hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Aaron Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Henrik Möllgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Lundin in the 93rd minute of the match. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. SSC Ambrosini succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Netherlands had controlled the match.
