With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heigo Mustkivi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 13th minute. Hando Laaneoks got a throw-in 17 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Samuel Cordarell. 23 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Heigo Mustkivi. Tapa Athlétic™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zaccheo Andolina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gheorghiţă Hagi in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heigo Mustkivi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Heigo Mustkivi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zaccheo Andolina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Heigo Mustkivi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Zaccheo Andolina kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Heigo Mustkivi. That made the score 1-3 in the 65 minute of play. Hando Laaneoks got a throw-in 70 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Vahur Nirk. In the 71stth minute of the game Mugurel Chiriloaie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italy's Flavio Vittori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Heigo Mustkivi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Zaccheo Andolina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heigo Mustkivi was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Vahur Nirk made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. Heigo Mustkivi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Curto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Italy defense, Kalju Palk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Vittori. The Italy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Vittori should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes in the game Hando Laaneoks did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Vahur Nirk. 88 minutes into the match, Tapa Athlétic™'s Mugurel Chiriloaie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hando Laaneoks made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. Heigo Mustkivi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Curto in the 93rd minute of play. Adriano Curto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Heigo Mustkivi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Italy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
