Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) With his leg Wilson Amorim managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when PomeziaRamblers's Andrea Tofani fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wilson Amorim stood somewhat misplaced when Andrea Tofani came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 3 minute. Andrea Tofani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Ramón Abreu came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Felipe Barreto. But to his dismay, Felipe Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 13th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramón Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 17 minutes of play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramón Abreu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aurelio Frabetti scored 2-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 25th minute of play forced PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Ramón Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Andrea Tofani scored to the left of an out of position Wilson Amorim, making the score, 3-2. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Andrea Tofani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Felipe Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by PomeziaRamblers's Metin Tekin. But to his dismay, Metin Tekin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Andrea Tofani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Wilson Amorim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 39th minute, Felipe Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Andrea Tofani sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-3 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrea Tofani to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of PomeziaRamblers booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Scibilia, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Metin Tekin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Metin Tekin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-3. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolomeu Dias got free with Ramón Abreu in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bartolomeu Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramón Abreu having to interfere. In the 96th minute Andrea Tofani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PomeziaRamblers fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
