Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off and thus started the match. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Stanislovas Skripkauskas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bruno Mazzone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filippo Gigli took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Squadra de Pippe's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Mazzone came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Bruno Mazzone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bruno Mazzone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 19th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Mazzone. Squadra de Pippe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Filippo Gigli tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Eikelkamp hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Bruno Mazzone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Squadra de Pippe made a substitution. Andrea Di Carlo replaced Filippo Gigli. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 58th minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Bruno Mazzone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Lars Meesters's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Mazzone was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Bruno Mazzone in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bruno Mazzone firmly grabbed it by the left post. 96 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Balint came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Squadra de Pippe supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
