Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Consejo del Mate's Bernardo Inautzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Metod Mlynar in the 3rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Metod Mlynar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slovakia's supporters rose to their feet, but Metod Mlynar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Inautzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Consejo del Mate's Candido Arnau slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henrich Slany. That made the score 1-1 after 15 minutes of play. Candido Arnau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrich Slany having to make a save. Consejo del Mate's attentive Evaristo Ayala managed to snatch the ball when Pavol Koleno made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. Candido Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Metod Mlynar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slovakia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Metod Mlynar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pavol Koleno struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Bernardo Inautzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slovakia. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Candido Arnau was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Slovakia booed when Consejo del Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Daniel Suchy in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Consejo del Mate's Marcelino Marcones. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Marcelino Marcones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Marcelino Marcones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Suchy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Inautzi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. When Evaristo Ayala fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Consejo del Mate's protests and gave Evaristo Ayala a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, Consejo del Mate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Ayala to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the game, Slovakia's Metod Mlynar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Inautzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Pavol Koleno in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Consejo del Mate's Candido Arnau. The throw-in from Daniel Suchy in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Consejo del Mate's Marcelino Marcones. When Marcelino Marcones came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Consejo del Mate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Marcones couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Evaristo Ayala in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Slovakia's Vavrinec Koleno. Candido Arnau might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrich Slany. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Candido Arnau ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Stefan Havel got a free kick in the 77th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Vít Biskup threw the ball into play from the sideline. Consejo del Mate's Evaristo Ayala quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 83 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Bernardo Inautzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Metod Mlynar. Consejo del Mate's Bernardo Inautzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Consejo del Mate from getting a goal against them. Metod Mlynar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Bernardo Inautzi made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Metod Mlynar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Inautzi came out of the goal and Metod Mlynar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
