After some careless play in the Descamisados CF defense, Horacio Abajas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lawrence Lawless. The Descamisados CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lawrence Lawless should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute Filomeno Mendebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Lawless saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Descamisados CF got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Sansone. Lawrence Lawless took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lawrence Lawless made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Abajas in the 66th minute of play. Lazaros Kabantais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Thomas in the 69th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Los Materos FC got a freekick which was hit by Simon Diaz. Descamisados CF's Adrian Txartiko was substituted for Primeiro Imperiale. Los Materos FC made a substitution. Tincho Palermo replaced Filomeno Mendebal. Descamisados CF's Felix Răica was substituted for Jairo Baraquiel. The supporters of Descamisados CF booed when Los Materos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Diaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Adrian Txartiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, Descamisados CF's goal looked a bit too open when Tincho Palermo came free, but Lawrence Lawless reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lazaros Kabantais prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arturo Salomone hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Milian in the 92nd minute of play forced Descamisados CF's goalkeeper Lawrence Lawless to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Adrian Txartiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaros Kabantais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Descamisados CF's Placido Claris got a free kick in the 95th minute. Descamisados CF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
