Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Urbasa Alabern came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rambo Jon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Wim Wilmes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rambo Jon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute, Jani Petters ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jani Petters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Wim Wilmes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rambo Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Coutinho in the 36th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rambo Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Nabucodonosor Rallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Mora CAT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. After 43 played minutes La Mora CAT got a freekick which was hit by Nabucodonosor Rallo. A collision led to La Mora CAT getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Pericles Quintana hit a great ball. La Mora CAT's Rambo Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, La Mora CAT's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Rambo Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 48 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rambo Jon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

La Mora CAT's Rambo Jon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save La Mora CAT from getting a goal against them. Rambo Jon made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 58th minute of play forced La Mora CAT's goalkeeper Rambo Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes La Mora CAT got a freekick which was hit by Etor Benito. Lars Meesters kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Lars Meesters hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Jani Petters came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by La Mora CAT's Jani Petters. But to his dismay, Jani Petters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. La Mora CAT made a substitution. Jose Policarpio replaced Jani Petters. La Mora CAT made a substitution. Xove Contreras replaced Tebaldo Mondejar. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wim Wilmes hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute Jose Policarpio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Jose Policarpio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Mora CAT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. After 95 minutes, Nader Shehta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Mora CAT and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to La Mora CAT getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Nader Shehta hit a great ball. Netherlands were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
