Matthijs Meerdink was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Matthijs Meerdink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 7th minute of the match. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Kirchroa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Matthijs Meerdink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matthijs Meerdink. Matthijs Meerdink dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Akkerman came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Martinelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Matthijs Meerdink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Akkerman in the 30th minute of play. Matthijs Meerdink didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Reinis Erharts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. In the 39th minute FC Kirchroa were awarded a corner. Reinis Erharts went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Emil Akkerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Adriaan van Schaik's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriaan van Schaik helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Kirchroa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriaan van Schaik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. FC Kirchroa's Matthijs Meerdink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 56th minute of play. Matthijs Meerdink made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 58th minute. Major Barna succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 62nd minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Matthijs Meerdink in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Flavius Pantea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After 71 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Reinis Erharts who took care of the corner kick. FC Kirchroa's Matthijs Meerdink proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Kirchroa from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Pantea came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Dante Martinelli sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. Matthijs Meerdink made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, FC Kirchroa's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Matthijs Meerdink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavius Pantea in the 94th minute of play. The FC Kirchroa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
