After a defensive mix-up in Romania's zone, Claes Fender stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carol Stinga came out of the goal and Claes Fender tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Adam Olaru made a precise shot to the right of Jack Glanselius. Six Pac FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Claes Fender came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Adam Olaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jack Glanselius was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Costica Vladimiri in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jack Glanselius saved Six Pac FC from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Leif-Eric St. Juste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Six Pac FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Romania were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claes Fender stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Six Pac FC's Jack Glanselius got control of the ball when Octavian Vaduva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jack Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Vaduva, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Eugen Ionita got a throw-in 84 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Cosmin Barbulescu.
