The supporters of SC SU-57 booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Major Barna didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 28th minute of play forced SC SU-57's goalkeeper Jon Iruegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Iruegas saved SC SU-57 from getting behind. After 33 minutes SC SU-57's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the SC SU-57 defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jon Iruegas. The SC SU-57 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jon Iruegas should have stopped the shot. Jon Iruegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 37th minute of play. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernanco Peso got free with Fodor Daniel in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41stth minute of the game Antal Valentin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC SU-57's Jon Iruegas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Iruegas having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Claudinei Suarbol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jon Iruegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegedus Henrik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 50th minute. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Jon Iruegas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernanco Peso went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. SC SU-57's Fernanco Peso got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Jon Iruegas in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's Antal Valentin took a good shot, in the 68th minute, which hit the crossbar above Jon Iruegas's head, and flew over the goal. SC SU-57's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Hungary. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 72ndth minute of the game Fernanco Peso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernanco Peso, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The supporters of Hungary booed when SC SU-57 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SC SU-57 throughout the match.
