The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ken Ivey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Navarro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 10 minutes into the game, Ken Ivey lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Navarro's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Lucas Navarro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 14th playminute. In the 20th minute Ken Ivey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Ivey in the 23rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Navarro hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ForestFire's Shaki Conn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucas Navarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ken Ivey, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Luisito James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Ken Ivey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute Luisito James shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Navarro got in the 38th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Tommy Kahn handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Shaki Conn came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Albin Holweck. But to his dismay, Albin Holweck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Navarro got free with Tommy Kahn in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ken Ivey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cãlin Tâmbalari in the 55th minute of the match. Shaki Conn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito James in the 60th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Shaki Conn managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito James in the 73rd minute of play. After 81 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Luisito James. Janik Vogt charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janik Vogt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Janik Vogt got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Ken Ivey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frank Sachs in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Ivey came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ForestFire's Shaki Conn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save ForestFire from getting a goal against them.
