Vendel Sass was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 5 minutes into the match, Alex Zádori dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel, 1-1. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Zádori in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE were awarded a corner. Márton Tököli went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's goalkeeper Vendel Sass, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vendel Sass having to interfere. Fodor Daniel was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Gedeon Fenyves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gedeon Fenyves really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Vendel Sass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 33rd minute of play. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Szekeres Tamas got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. Károly Szepesvári sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Alex Zádori sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. Alex Zádori scored 5-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Vendel Sass made a huge save. Vendel Sass was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Antal Valentin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antal Valentin really showed his touch with that goal: 5-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Zádori in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Gábor Horváth was substituted for Levente Pucheli. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gábor Horváth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gábor Horváth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 89 minutes, Alex Zádori made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE made a substitution. József Csiszár replaced Károly Szepesvári.
