PUNTARENENSE F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave France the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Gaueko got free with Maxime Durand in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Van Brussel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Baume, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. PUNTARENENSE F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of France for a fine match.
