Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tamer Yetişbey in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 9th minute of play forced FC İnFaZ's goalkeeper Sacit Vedat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sacit Vedat came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Albin Holweck. But to his dismay, Albin Holweck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Tamer Yetişbey came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the FC İnFaZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tamer Yetişbey couldn't finish the play. If Tamer Yetişbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamer Yetişbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When FC İnFaZ's Tamer Yetişbey in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Sacit Vedat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 41st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tamer Yetişbey in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes FC İnFaZ got a freekick which was hit by Tamer Yetişbey. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Tamer Yetişbey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. FC İnFaZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. Sacit Vedat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tamer Yetişbey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tamer Yetişbey in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Tamer Yetişbey came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
