ErbaA KartaLı's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Micah Macdonald ran over to the corner to take the kick. Micah Macdonald made a great header on England's corner, it was just that ErbaA KartaLı's Sufi Hanönü managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serter Doğay in the 58th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sufi Hanönü made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Micah Macdonald sent off a good shot on target.
