Manolis Kalergis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octaaf Haesevoets read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stavros Spetzos in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octaaf Haesevoets prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by LULU TRICOLOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manolis Kalergis was slow to take the kick. During this time Seahawks V55's players had a chance to rest. Seahawks V55's Manolis Kalergis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Octaaf Haesevoets in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Octaaf Haesevoets successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. LULU TRICOLOR's Octaaf Haesevoets proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save LULU TRICOLOR from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stavros Spetzos in the 26th minute of play forced LULU TRICOLOR's goalkeeper Octaaf Haesevoets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Pedro Miranda might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stratos Katsara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Pedro Miranda ran back to his position shaking his head. Stratos Katsara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Pedro Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LULU TRICOLOR's Octaaf Haesevoets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakis Samarakos in the 32nd minute of play. Octaaf Haesevoets made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Prokopis Aspiridis sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute Stavros Spetzos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octaaf Haesevoets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that José Pedro Miranda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stratos Katsara was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakis Samarakos in the 45th minute of play forced LULU TRICOLOR's goalkeeper Octaaf Haesevoets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Pedro Miranda to strike the kick off in the second half. The corner led Seahawks V55's Manolis Kalergis to fire away a dangerous shot which Octaaf Haesevoets despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Stamatis Kosmakis charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stamatis Kosmakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, Seahawks V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stamatis Kosmakis to maneuver through the defense. LULU TRICOLOR's Octaaf Haesevoets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakis Antonopoulos in the 70th minute of play. If José Pedro Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octaaf Haesevoets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakis Samarakos in the 91st minute of play. When Stamatis Kosmakis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. LULU TRICOLOR made a substitution. Roger Alcântara replaced Téo Félix. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
