In the 41st minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 50 played minutes Texugo Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Amauri Pires. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şehzade Afgan in the 56th minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guilherme Mazer, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Mazer in the 93rd minute of the match. Texugo Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
