Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Metod Mlynar took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Metod Mlynar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Havel to maneuver through the defense. Válbson Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stefan Havel charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Havel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Havel. After having played for 11 minutes, Carlinhos Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlinhos Martins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Phoenix Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Metod Mlynar came free, but Valdemar Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Metod Mlynar to maneuver through the defense. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfim Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Metod Mlynar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Oliver Holub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver Holub recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vít Biskup made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Pavol Koleno. When Metod Mlynar came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Slovakia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Metod Mlynar couldn't finish the play. Slovakia's attentive Vít Biskup managed to snatch the ball when Carlinhos Martins made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. Metod Mlynar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th match minute, Phoenix Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizinho Leão to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the game, Oliver Holub cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Valdemar Vides was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Delfim Maranhense made a kick off. 72 minutes into the game, Jacinto Vale threw the ball into play from the sideline. Slovakia's Vít Biskup quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 73rdth minute of the game Delfim Maranhense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slovakia's Henrich Slany was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdemar Vides made an important save on a dangerous shot by Metod Mlynar in the 75th minute. After having played for 82 minutes, Oliver Holub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slovakia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Holub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Metod Mlynar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Slovakia's Metod Mlynar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Vít Biskup made in the 93rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Pavol Koleno. After some careless play in the Phoenix Fc defense, Metod Mlynar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdemar Vides. The Phoenix Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Vides should have stopped the shot. The Phoenix Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Slovakia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
