With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wim Wilmes in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Farik Gagula saved Dobrinja FC from getting behind. Dobrinja FC's Farik Gagula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 21st minute of play. Alexandru Păltineanu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Dobrinja FC's Enzo Kostić ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 31 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Lars Meesters. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Arnout Reekers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 39 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samantha Farhat. Gustaaf Groeneveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Farik Gagula having to make a save. Teofilo Terciero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arnout Reekers firmly grabbed it by the left post.

Dobrinja FC made a substitution. Dženan Ortaš replaced Ksawery Mondrowski. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Terciero in the 75th minute of play. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Symons in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Teofilo Terciero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Dobrinja FC defense, Lars Meesters kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Farik Gagula. The Dobrinja FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Farik Gagula should have stopped the shot. The Netherlands players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
