Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sulo Montaña took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that George Buturugã narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by LOI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siebe Michiels in the 5th minute of play. The corner led Belgium's Simon Sabbe to fire away a dangerous shot which George Buturugã despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulo Montaña in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Guillaume Bonte. Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sulo Montaña's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Simon Sabbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Buturugã having to interfere. The supporters of Belgium booed when LOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Semail Ilıca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Fetih Avcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Segio to maneuver through the defense. LOI's Sulo Montaña got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 played minutes LOI got a freekick which was hit by Semail Ilıca. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Özgür Özbay.

The wind increased when Edward Vanderstraeten made the kick off in the second half. George Buturugã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. George Buturugã came out and tried to block the shot, but Edward Vanderstraeten slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Belgium players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LOI.
