Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Murilo Fernandes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 5th minute, Sven Krakouer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. mar-azul's Roberto Pacheco got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Murilo Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. After 17 played minutes mar-azul got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Quinaz. Sven Krakouer's late challenge caught a mar-azul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven Krakouer helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Sven Krakouer hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, mar-azul's Murilo Fernandes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 26th minute mar-azul were awarded a corner. Ahmet Turan Ayberk went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Saúl Lage managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Roberto Pacheco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Fernandes got free with Tommy Kahn in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murilo Fernandes in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Murilo Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Estevão Lemos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Fernandes got free with Tommy Kahn in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 42nd minute of play forced mar-azul's goalkeeper Estevão Lemos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Murilo Fernandes took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it.

The wind increased when Murilo Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ahmet Turan Ayberk who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on mar-azul's corner Ahmet Turan Ayberk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. In the 57th minute, Germany's Frank Sachs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Fernandes in the 61st minute of play. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Pacheco in the 66th minute of play. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd match minute, mar-azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murilo Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrich Stein to maneuver through the defense. When Murilo Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the mar-azul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murilo Fernandes couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estevão Lemos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Murilo Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. mar-azul were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
