In the 15th minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Prudencio Blai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Prudencio Blai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tata Martino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dale Fumai shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The supporters of Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Prudencio Blai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Blai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. In the 96th minute Tata Martino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Germany were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's much stronger midfield.
