Gustaf Albohm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 10th minute Carlo Taranto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Konstantin Butylin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 minutes Belgium's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Okanay Avşaroğlu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Okanay Avşaroğlu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Casper Claes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaf Albohm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. 27 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Gustaf Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Lovera in the 29th minute of play. Yves Dervaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 34th minute of play forced Gladiator FC's goalkeeper Gustaf Albohm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Gustaf Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Loveras short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Casper Claes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gustaf Albohm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gustaf Albohm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gladiator FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. Belgium's Simon Sabbe was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustaf Albohm in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Taranto in the 46th minute of play. The Gladiator FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Belgium were winning 0-1.

Gladiator FC made a substitution. Anthony Mancini replaced Sandu Flintașu. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Konstantin Butylin to strike the kick off in the second half. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Mancini in the 53rd minute of play. When Yves Dervaux came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yves Dervaux couldn't finish the play. Belgium's Guillaume Bonte quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luisão Tepedino, made in the 58th minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaf Albohm. Gladiator FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Vanderstraeten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 68th minute, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustaf Albohm. Gustaf Albohm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Simon Sabbe made in the 76th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Edward Vanderstraeten however managed to control. Guillaume Bonte made in the 78th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yves Dervaux. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Gustaf Albohm made a huge save. Gustaf Albohm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Felice Tiberio kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Belgium's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
